How to get out of mom mode.

How can I get to where I feel sexy again? I don't know how to get out of mom mode and it is hurting mine and my hubbys relationship. I need some help please.

Mom mode is SEXY! Embrace it. As a mom, you're always on alert for whatever your child needs. That being said, your husband needs to get into daddy mode and realize that the child comes first. So, tell me about 'mom mode;. Hair in a pony tail, no make up, sweats, looking like the walking dead? How old is your child? My suggestion is this :
Daddy takes the child for an hour at night. In that hour, take a bath, shave, wash your hair, and breathe. Meanwhile, daddy can make sure the child is ready for bed.
After Mama gets some much needed time to take care of herself, go spend time with the child and hubby together. If its only 30 minutes before bed, take that time to spoil the child with attention. Read the child a book, play with toys, and cuddle. Then put the child to bed.
Ok, here comes the good part. Go sit on the couch together. Talk about your day. Listen as he talks about his. Touch each other. Simply rubbing your hand on his shoulder is enough to be intimate. Soon touching leads to more.

I think you need to learn to find yourself sexy again. I struggled with this very thing for a while before I realized that even when I'm a mess, I can be a hot mess. Throw on some lipstick and tell yourself that you are sexy and your husband is a lucky man. Trust me, when you are confident, your sexiness shines though the mommy mode.
