I have a amlost three year old son that throw tantrums and get so frustrared so he stomps his feet and try to shake furniture and bite the tables. I have ordered the book How to raise a sprited child, but how do i handle ut until then? He has a daycare mother but she doesnt get it what a spirited child is and ignores him at daytime since he is so wellbehaived. ( he plays by himeself and they dont stimulate him) When he gets home he so so frustrared and understimulated we screams and fights until bedtime. We have him on a list to a montissori preeschool. Any good suggestions? Please..

I always found that ignoring the tantrum makes it end sooner. If he gets attention for his bad behavior than he's going to continue to behave poorly because kids don't care if the attention is good or bad they just want attention. Whenever my kids had tantrums I just walked away and let them do there thing as long as they weren't going to get seriously hurt.
