A friend of mine has been drinking my Gourmet Mocha Coffee. It is doing wonders. She says she drinks 1 sachet every morning before eating. It has definitely surpressed her desire to eat. Visit my site.

Pre kids my weight averaged around 110. 3 kids and 11 years later I'm stuck around 160. For me, what really worked a couple years ago was Weight Watchers online, and exercising 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. In about 6-8 months I was hovering around 115 and was ecstatic! I quit Weight Watchers and slacked a little on my exercising and it all came rushing back. Talk about being seriously upset!

I think almost any diet and exercise program can help you loose the weight, but the key to keeping it off is persistence with healthy eating and exercise, even after you hit that goal.

Good luck!

I put on 18kg's and lost it all in 2 months after giving birth. I ate a lot of fruit and vegetables and high fibre muesli for breakfast, quinoa (high protein and excellent for weight loss) every day for lunch with either tuna and peppers or chicken and peppers (peppers high in fibre) and avocado. Drink at least 2-3 litres of water every day and above all excercise. Stay off all carbohydrates like white bread, white pasta, white rice. Instead eat structured carbs like sweet potato, brown rice and wholewheat pasta. Go easy on the red meat and eat lots of oily fish. Avoid unhealthy snacks. Eat nuts and dried fruit. The weight, I promise you, will melt off.
