My son was born 12 months ago and my periods are still so irregular. It is anywhere between 30-50 days apart it changes every time. My husband and I really want to try for another baby but this makes it so confusing. I've been bottle feeding him since he was 4 weeks old so breastfeeding has nothing to do with it. My question is I guess is it normal for a non breastfeeding mum and is there anything I can do to change it. Thanks!

perhaps your hormones are out of wack still... look into different teas yu can drink that help your period
