My husband, who im currently still married to for the time being, started his own business and put it in someone else's name to avoid paying child support. I know the business name and he has a Facebook page with his name all over stuff. (obviously not that smart) I'm wondering how I go about turning him in for avoiding paying child support? He's right now threatening me to turn me in for tax fraud by letting my mom claim us on her taxes since she's been the one supporting us even when him and I were still together. Can't pay child support plus wants to claim his son to get money back. What a piece of crap!! Sorry!! Just really upset about this. I didn't want to go this route but feel there's no other way. All advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!! :)
