Where do you live? Sorry, but your doctor should be recommending some therapy, because this is an obvious developmental delay of gross motor skills in an infant. Such a delay will have impact on your child's ability to crawl and then walk, so early intervention, at this point, is important. If your doctor won't refer you to a specialist or to some therapy, then find a new doctor. You have every right to be concerned, and every reason to be. This is where you need to exercise your "tiger mum".
