Today my oldest son just turned 12. When I found out I was having him I was very excited. His father didn't want to be involved with him so I left. A long long long story short. His father and his parents took me court some years ago and basically took him away from me. I only get him on weekends. I have 3 other boys with my husband and my oldest is completely brainwashed. His father and so called grandparents just turned my son into something else. I feel like giving up. I'mn depressed, lost, confused and now my husband doesn't seem to want to support me because of the way my son is. All of my joy memories is gone and I will never see it ever again. I feel like I've been cursed. Ever since they took him away nothing good has been happening for me.Maybe I should just commit suicide. I feel like no one cares

Mrs. Williams, please reach out to any of us moms so that we know you are okay and if you need to talk please feel free to reach out to me. Suicide is never an option! Let's talk and pray it out if you don't mind.

That's a bit extreme, but you have moved on I guess = remarried & had 3 more. So can't hold on to the past, dust in the wind & wheel in the sky keeps on turning and all that. Don't look back, or else you'll turn into a pillar of salt.

I agree on the counseling.
You need to work through your feelings and what you can do about your circumstances.

So why did they get him? And no to suicide. What of the other kids? How are they going to feel knowing their mom did that?

There are worse things in this world than a brainwashed kid if he was at all. At 12 years old and older, they can make up their minds on things. I won't assume anything but depending on how he saw his life up to age 12 could have something to do with that choice he made to believe differently about you. You can not know what he thinks or what they told him.

What you need to do is to get into counseling for yourself.
