I have 11 days until my due date im gaining 5 pounds a week and im completely miserable. what is the best way to help me induce my labor?

There are always many suggestions for inducing labor naturally, such as nipple stimulation/sex, certain herbs, etc, but the truth is, your due date is just an estimate and the baby will come when the baby is ready, usually. I don't know how much you walk (I know it can be extremely uncomfortable at this point) but it is very helpful. Try to do relaxing exercises. If you are very tense, your body will have a harder time. I hope this is at least somewhat helpful. Many women are pregnant for 40 months, which is what is most ideal for doctors since the babies lungs and everything are fully developed. You could always have a talk with your baby and let him/her know you are ready for them to be born. Sometimes, it actually works. Good Luck.
