I Have No Clue What To Do

My baby boy is 4 months, he has a cough since he was 1 and half months old. I keep taking him to the doctors and she keeps telling me that there is nothing wrong with him. His cough is getting worse, he has a runny nose, he acts fine, has no fever and he is eating just fine. His cough is worse at night and after he eats a bottle. His cough kind of sound like a smokers cough. I hate to see my baby like this. And his doctor is telling me he is fine. My first son didn't ever have this. So I am looking for if anyone could help me out.

It could be a form of bronchial asthma. I had this issue with both of my children - my son outgrew it, my daughter still gets it in the colder weather (she is 8) and when she is running around a lot. Doctors are reluctant to diagnose it as a problem in a child under 1. Have you tried using a vaporiser at night? I have always found a vaporiser is fantastic at night. Not perfect, but helps a lot. Once both of my children were older, they ended up being put on asthma preventatives and treatments.
