They are constantly at each other's through, don't listen to me and don't clean up were they have made a mess. I'm irritated by there behaviour and the oldest one doesn't accept my NO. I'm loosing myself. They brought 2 pups home without my consent, I told them they can't keep them, but they don't listen. My husband is not backing me up with this. I feel like giving up. I've grounded them, taken their cellphones, but still I don't get through to them.

If they cant keep the puppies, remove them from the house and take them personally to the SPCA. You cant just tell a teenager what they can and cannot do, you must follow through.

As for not cleaning up, when you find a teenager who actually likes cleaning up and does the job with a smile on their face. Send them to me so I can replace my teenagers with a none broken one LOL.

Your husband has to back you up, otherwise teenagers will divide and conquer the household. You and your husband need to sit down decided what rules are acceptible for your children to follow, and what the punishments are if they do not do so. Then you BOTH need to stick to the parenting plan.
