I am a single mother of two beautiful smart kids and I love them very much but I do it all on my own! I have a full time job that hasn't paid me in over a month I have filed a claim with the labor board but they say it could take up a year to investigate and I can't afford an attorney! I have 30 dollars to my name and I have been evicted we were suppose to be out on the 13th but I have nowhere to go and no family that would take me and my children in.. I am scared if I go to a shelter and my ex husband finds out he will take my son from me n I don't have the money to fight him! Can someone please give me some advice on what to do hell I struggle to feed my babies and as mothers I'm sure that would break any mothers heart.. Again can someone please help me PLEASE! I'm not looking for handouts nor am I asking for anything more than some advice from someone who had been in my shoes I'm desperate please!

I agree with Jodi. First, ask your ex for some $$. Has he ever paid child support? Is he behind? You don't need to tell him everything, just get on him to give you something- anything.
Next, her idea of going to local charities, food banks and churches is great.
Can you ask your employers to give you something? Anything? An advance even? Why are they not paying you?
I would definitely ask your landlord to have mercy. Promise to catch up rent and explain your situation. I don't know where you live but I know the process to evict someone in Canada, that has no where to go, can take months and months. Just don't leave - your landlord will have to do tons of paper work and have court dates before he can legally change the locks. Find out the laws in your hometown - kind of last resort - but desperate times call for desperate measures.
Find a new job! Apply for social assistance. Be ruthless, don't take no for an answer - with anyone- your kids are depending on you!
Also, reach out to family - maybe they can't take in you and your kids, but can offer help in other ways. Like a weekly dinner, or a little bit of money, hand-me-down clothes - anything helps.
Do you have anything you can pawn? Lots of pawn shops will keep your stuff for x amont of days before making it available to the public - and allow you to buy it back later - for more money - but again - desperate times call for desperate measures. Good luck!

Why are you not receiving child support? That should at least be able to help!

I would also suggest finding out where your local charities or churches are who may be able to help you with some emergency accommodation to get you through. You also need to consider looking for work somewhere that will actually pay you.
