My pregnancy headaches were related more to higher blood pressure during pregnancy (not high enough to need medication)...the solution was more water AND less salt. Good luck!

my sister had a series of really bad migraines, I've never seen anything like it, sghe had to stay away from all dairy products, nightmare. I had migraines towards the end of my first pregnancy and took homeopethic pulsatilla 6c at the first sign of one and that seemed to sort it out, but really I would just keep pestering your doctor, you already feel tired and drained so this is just the icing on the cake for you... good luck with it all

I know everyone has said this already, but it's worth reiterating: Drink Water! This happened to me at a more moderate level but it happened to a friend at a similar level to you. We were both told to double or triple our fluid intakes. It worked for both of us. A labor and delivery nurse told me that dehydration is the #1 cause of premature labor so there's another reason to keep drinking. Good luck.

I had really bad headaches with my fourth pregnancy. I had a headache 3 months none stop and tylenol didn't help at all. My doctor told me to stay away from sweets and to push lots of fluids. I hope this helps you. I know what's like to attend 3 babies and be pregnant at the same time. It's very hard but try to get some good rest and time for yourself.

I suffered from awful headaches halfway through my pregnancy. My doctor had me drink almost 100 oz of water a day. It really took a lot of effort to drink that much (only water! not juice or soda) but it helped all of my symptoms.

Every pregnancy is different, as I'm sure you have been told. Has your DR tested your blood levels? That could explain why you are so tired all the time. Low iron levels.

As for the headaches, sadly, they come with pregnancy sometimes, especially if you are not hydrated! Really push the fluids, and cut out all soda (if you drink it) and replace it lots and lots of water!

With my youngest daughter (I have five) if I did not get enough water I would feel like I was dying! I would rush to the DR, they would check the baby and then hook me up to an IV and push fluids. I always felt better, but to avoid that I just drank lots of water.

I hope you start to feel better soon!!! And remember, regular strength tylenol is safe for both you and baby!

Good Luck!!! And just think, you're more than half way through!

are you dehydrated? That can cause headaches which in turn nausea also. Make sure you are keeping up on your fluids but watch the sugar as you don't want to trigger gestational diabetes. Hope you feel better!

Hi Nicole, my neighbour was very much like this with her 2nd baby..... have you thought about looking into acurpunture... possibly daily meditation, this is a great way to get 10 minutes time out for your self everyday....

Try talking to your doctor to see if he supports natural therapy's and what he would recommend...
