Absolutely not. Do not EVER give anything to a 2.5 month old baby other than breast milk or their infant formula unless directed to do so by a doctor. And honestly... I wouldn't give cough and cold syrup to anyone as it typically doesn't do anything.

There's this cough syup made it lemon and agabe. It's in Walmart on the baby section it's natural unused to give this to my baby when he was like a month old. Then after they are 1 yr old they can have honey and now that's what I give my kids a honey and lemon syrup I make for them. It works wonders.

I would say you probably shouldn't. Research has shown that cough and cold medicines have led to poisoning or death in kids under age 2. Read the box to see what age group the product is ok for. Some say they are ok for children over 6 months. I don't know of any that are recommended under 6 months. You should talk to your doctor.

What will help your child is plenty of rest and a humidifier or cool-mist vaporizer in their room. Clearing a stuffy nose with a bulb syringe works best for young babies.
