My 15 year old choose not to bond with his 10 year old adoptive sister.I've had her since she was five days old in my foster home and adopted her when she was 2 so it's not like she just came here. He bonded when she was younger and now it's not happening I've never seen him hug her only limited conversation with her. I want him to bond with her what do you think.
