Keto and Intermitten fasting for moms?

Getting back in shape and staying in shape is really important to me. I am a SAHM and I find it really hard to stay the course. My schedule sometimes doesnt call for me to work out at the gym or even at home and eating can be so challenging. Are there any moms that go through this. I would love tips, tricks, and just advice in general! I do practice Intermitten fasting, and from time to time I do a water fast for a few days. Now I am thinking of adding keto with it but its so involving and I feel like a fish out of water. Should I add keto or just stick to I. Fasting?

The best way to stay in shape is regular healthy meals and exercise. It can be as simple as a 30min brisk walk (doesn't always have to be a full workout).
When you fast, you are telling your body that it will go through times of famine, in return, when you eat again it will store more than normal for the next "fast".
You need to have a healthy lifestyle change to maintain your ideal body.
