lack o sleep help me

hi i have a 3 year old daughter who was a great sleeper the 1st 1.5 year, since then she has woken at night and either been difficult to get back to sleep or goes back down and wakes a while later have tried star charts, strict routine, cranial massage (at 40 quid a go) lettin her sleep before bed, nothin works she goes to bed at 7 up threw night maybe 2/3 times etc then up anytime from 5 upwards to say im knackered is an understatment. even if i keep her up she still up threw night and up at crack o dawn im so tired and run down its makin me ill i have a almost 5 year old too so no rest 4 wiked eh. i think she is sufferin seperation anxiety, as she has started clingin on to me at nursery and i cant leave house no matter who she with with out a screamin match please help im at ma wits end

juleah thanks for ur reply, she hasnt napped threw day since she was aboot 15 month, if she nods off for even 5 mins she a complete nightmare to put to bed, i have a black out blind in her room, her room is next to where the boiler is and when its on it makes a wee burrin noise, she gets little sugar and i cook fresh 90 percent o time wil try the sendin back but have done in past and she has such a performance that it wakes the rest o house ie her big brother x

Don't let her nap, keep her up till 8pm. Make sure her room is very dark while she is sleeping - any light sends a signal to our brain to wake.

Try white noise or background noise - low volume

Make sure she is not eating sugar throughout the day or before bed

Make sure she is not eating processed foods - they impact sleep

When she wakes, make sure you send her back to bed. The rule is she stays on her bed even if she is awake until 7am, or whatever time you want her up
