The father has done nothing but effect my unborn child and innegativily threw out this pregnancy. I want my child to have my last name, is that possible? If he's not on keanus birth cirtificate will that effect his rights to our child?

As far as I know if he's not on the birth certificate and you want to get child support off him then you will have to prove that he's the Father. On the other hand if he wants to see his child (and he has every to) then he will have to prove he's the Father.
He can take you to court and and get DNA tests done so he can have visitation.
You can give the child your last name though.
