Breakfast scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and solidiers, porridge with fruit in it, potato woffles and cheesy beans, sausage sandwhich, muesli, unsweetend flap jack. Raisin pancakes the list is endless.

Lunch. Pitta breads stuffed with what ever he likes, cheesy rolls, homemade healthy pizza, soup and rolls, noodles and vegetables. Chopped raw vegetables and humous dips. Jacket potato and cheese or beans or chilli.

If you have a child that is not a fussy eater then the list is endless! Mine on the other hand will only eat sandwiches! :-(

For breakfast my 2 are pretty easy. Some type of cereal or toast with a cup of milk. Sometimes they like a poached egg on toast.

For lunch they like wholegrain wraps with hommus spread on it. My son (4) likes cheese and ham and my daughter (2) like ham cheese and cucumber.

We sometimes make mini cupcakes or muffins (sweet and savory) or you could cut bread/toast/cheese/apples with cookie cutters
Last night the kids made thier own pizzas for dinner
