Losing post pregnancy weight how did you do?

I am struggling to lose the last 15 pounds or even if i lost my belly that is saggy and mushy would be great how did you women do it? or are you still struggling too? I've tried excercise and i just cannot keep up, im just way to busy for it. any suggestions?? I wish i could get back to my sizes before my 2 children were here.

I too am still struggling to lose my last 15 pounds, and my belly is also saggy. I'm following the weight watchers points system but am ready to give up....after being on the program for 3 months I have lost 1 pound :(, but my body has changed- legs and arms are more muscular, just the darn belly is my trouble. I have been trying to excersice for 30 minutes at least 3-4 times a week. I also found a few aerobic programs on FIT TV that I am able to work in. Hang in there slowly but surely I'm sure it will come off, watch your calories and drink plenty of water!

You will probably never actually get back to the size you were before, even if you lose all the weight.

I got back to my PP weight and my tailored jackets & slacks wouldn't fit. I had put on some muscle across my shoulders from carrying the baby all the time, lol, and the stupid baby carrier and of course my hips were a bit spread. ::: sigh :::

I had the 8 min abs & 8 minute buns video. Its changed names now but I got the weight off in a couple of months. I did 16 - 30 minutes depending on how much time I had every morning and evening while the baby was in the swing and POOF it came off.

It helped that I still couldn't stand junk food though.
