I am an educated professional and single mother. Unfortunately, my children attend a school that refuses to provide information to me and I believe it is due to my single mother status.
This all began three years ago when I divorced. As a result, I have had meetings with the administration, teachers and athletic coordinator with the same complaint/concern (for three years now) that I am NOT included on emails or text messages about sporting events and/or practices for my son. He plays all sports and this is a very small private school so there is no excuse for them to refuse communication..... Except, I do not pay the tuition (my ex does) and I am a single mother.
I am behind furious and want to know what I can do to stop this continued discrimination for myself and other single mothers.
