That doesn't necessarily mean there's nothing there. Babies are more efficient at getting milk. As long as your baby is getting diapers, baby is getting enough

increase the amount of water you drink a day. Start taking alfalfa tablets you can find them at local health food stores. They help bring up production. Keep letting baby try and your milk supply should increase.
