I have low milk supply i got milk only one side how should i increase the milk supply what should i eat in my diets

You can try fenugreek and Mother's Milk tea on top of a healthy, well-balanced diet. You can also contact your physician for short-term prescription medications that will help (e.g. Reglan).

However, if you are producing milk on one side but not the other, this is unlikely to be simply diet related. You could have an issue with blocked milk ducts on the side that is not producing. If this has occurred recently, you need to check yourself for signs of mastitis (breast inflammation and/or infection) too.

If in doubt, consult your OB-GYN.
