My husband and I have been living with my parents now for two months. Its been really difficult because they get away with alot. I have a three year old that just wont take no for an answer she knows grandma will give her what she wants. Ive become overwhelmed. And super frustrated. My husband is always working so that leaves me with the kids most of the time. Since living here my mother and I dont get along much because I feel shes taking my place as a mother.I really cant wait to get a job so my family can find a place and get back on track. Can anyone give me some advice? ??

The only advice is to move out.

You can visit with your mother to see if the two of you can come to an agreement on discipline/treats, etc for the kids, but ultimately you are in her house, her rules...

So, get out there, get your applications in, and best of luck finding a job!

I think you know the answer to this one. unfortunately, you are a guest in grandma's house and guess who is probably pretty set in her ways? you probably won't get any real relief from this until you move out again.
you can try talking to her but...
