Help please! My period was two weeks late i finally started spotting for two days then it stopped. I am still cramping really bad could i be pregnant?

We dont know whats going on with your body and we cant tell if you are pregnant or.We get so many asking if they are pregnant.How should we know? Take a test,or go to the doctor.
