Yeah I wouldnt stress about it either, In my family we have three little girls (cousins) who are all within weeks of each other. My daughter is the oldest by 1.5 weeks, they are all so different, reaching different milestones at different points being able to crawl isnt a big deal. If your bubs has no real desire to get around yet then she wont try, she is more than likely content to sit and play or watch mum ect. My girl just started to crawl now shes 11 months. My sons didnt walk til 15 months my nephew was 9 months. You really cant compare.
Like the other said, just talk to your doc/nurse at her 12 month check up im sure theres nothing to be concerned about

Not all children with crawl, which the proper name is "creeping." Crawling is on the stomach like a military crawl. Some children will scoot because they feel uncomfortable on their knees or want to simply have a better view of where they are going. If a child is over-weight, or has weak muscle-tone, or just is not very ambitious, these can all be causes, though it is best not to guess. If you are concerned, get an assessment just to ease your worry. There is equipment on the market like baby knee pads if you observe that creeping hurts your baby's knees. One of my children scooted until she started walking and is now a very athletic girl, but again, get an assessment so you know where you are at in helping your child to develop.

My daughter did not crawl at all. At 14 months she got up and walked the whole length of the lounge, we were all gob smacked. Don't worry to much at this stage leave it a couple of more months and then if you are still worried seek advice from your GP.

If you're concerned the best thing you can do is go to the doctor. Although all children do things in their own time. Just to be on the safe side get her checked out incase their is something physical preventing her from doing these thing. Otherwise try to encourage her with something she like. Put it a small distance away from her and encourage her to crawl to it and slowly move it further and further away. And try to get her to pull herself up by also giving her incentive.

Does she get plenty of playtime on the floor? If she does, then I wouldn't worry. Babies develop differently and if you are still concerned you can talk it over with your doctor as her one year checkup.

It's definitely worth having evaluated at her one year check up, but I wouldn't go so far as to start worrying yet. Some kids never crawl and it sounds like she's found a way to get where she wants. THAT is the important thing. ;)

My daughter didn't start pulling herself up till she was a year old, which is also the same time she started rolling over but just to sleep! She's almost 14 months old and isn't walking and still doesn't crawl. She has her own mode of transportation she scoots around on her butt. I'm sure she's going to be walking in the next couple of weeks because she is cruising along furniture and along walls. If you are really concerned speak to her pediatrician when you take her in for her one year check up but all babies are different.
