My daughter is constantly complaining of headaches and stomach pains. I'm thinking it maybe related to growing pains and maybe the stomach aches are related to her body getting ready for her menstrual period. Does anyone have any other ideas or maybe suggestions of what to do. Remedies would be great too!

You are probably right both my daughters experienced this type of symptoms for 12-18 months prior to starting menstruation.

Is she getting enough water? that could do it. If its sometthing that is an ongoing problem I wwould suggest taking her to the doctor just to get checked over. Cant really offer a remedy as its impossible to know what the problem is viam CoM.

Take her to the doctor, if something isn't right then it's always best to get it checked out.

stomach and headaches are related. Is she pooping on a regular basis? If not that can be a huge factor. Has she had her eyes checked? Could be that if she gets a headache her tummy hurts I have had that. I guess I would have her eyes checked, and if that passes then I'd try for a chirpractor, if her spine is out of alighment that can cause both headaches and stomach aches!!!! 2-3 adjustments and she should be doing well unless its something else- allergies

If she had CVS (Cyclical Vomitting Syndrome) when she was younger, this could be related to that. Also could be mild dehydration, or even seasonal allergies. I would try keeping her hydrated, and use a mild pain reliever like Children's Tylenol.
