My 13 yr old daughter has had 1 girlfriend for 5 years. They have grown apart now and she is very sad. She is too shy to go up to a new group to make friends and now sits at lunch alone a lot. What can I do to help her, if anything? She's not sporty and doesn't have any after school activities to help her make friends.
