My seventeen year old son has problems falling asleep at night. He claims that he isn't on his phone or reading his book. I am trying to get him in the mode of turning off all electronics and tv a hour before bed and to get ready for bed and lay down and read. Just started this the night before last. He didn't want to do this last night though.

Thanks! I will have to try that! I had thought about that but wasn't sure about the groggieness. The weekend is fast approaching along with their spring break for easter. This Fri is our kids last day they go back on 4/10. They have a long break because they had no snow days off of school here in PA. I gave him benadryl before but last night took it down to half a benadryl because he was too groggy with a entire bendaryl. Thanks for the suggestion!
