My 3 year old son- potty training.

So, my son is 3 year old, he turned 3 November 30th. He REFUSES to go to the toilet. When he was about 2 years old, we had one of those baby toilets, ya know the one that is his size, he used it ALL the time expect for pooping. Well now he is bigger, an he is big for his age an those baby toilets are to small for him now. We have the toilet seat that snaps on top of the regular toilet. He wears pull-ups. When he pee's in them 1time he is running to me an crying get the pee off me, and when he poop's he does the same an says get the nasty poop off my butt. When I sit him on the toilet he just SCREAM's like really screams and crys very loud and doesn't ever use the bathroom. He isn't interested in aiming for the fruit loop or anything like that. And I have a 3month old, so I am really needing him to potty train for me, I will be happy if he just goes sometimes right now. I just need to know what to do to make him use it and tell me when he has to go. Like I said AS SOON as he pees 1 time he makes me take it off and poops and its getting a bit expensive changing a pull up every single time he barely pee's in it. I just need help, I have tried everything and he just doesn't go!!
