Time. It's a brain development issue, and may not be complete until she's a teen, although 5-7 years is typical.

I don't let mine have anything to drink 2 hours before bed. My 8 yr stopped wetting the bed at 4 we used pull ups. We made it a game 3 nights dry in pull ups and he could wear underwear to bed. took a month or so. My 4 yr old on the other hand at about 1yr rarely was wet when we would get him up in the morning. It was day time that we had problems with. he was trained fully by 3 day and night. My niece on the other hand was 9 before she stopped wetting the bed. They tried everything including the Doc. They told my sister that it was all in time for her development. They do have a medical device now that wakes a child when they start to wet the bed. But the child needs to be older I think it is 7 here in MN but at age 3 I would not worry to much.

My son turned 3 at the end of March. I put him in pull ups over night which because he's a "big boy" we call bed pants. We are slowly getting dryer at night and recently have had a couple of nights where he has been dry or only done one wee overnight. We always make sure we have a wee before being tucked into bed and I've told him that if he needs to go in the night to wake me up and I'll help him, It's abit hit and miss at the moment during the night but I know he'll get there in his own time.

My daughter is the same age and isn't dry at night either. I put her pull ups on and wake her once or twice before I go bed to wee on the potty and tell her she can wake up and go on the potty too which I leave in her bedroom. On a couple of occasions she has had a dry night and I have made a fuss about what a big girl she is, but it will just take time, tell her what you want from her, that she can use the potty at night and praise when she does well. Pampers do gorgeous disney princess pullups which my little girl loves, I am sure helps her not wanting an accident in them. Good luck, she will get there when she is ready

I agree w/ Amy. Time. :) We never even considered trying to get our girls out of night time pull ups until they were dry through the night at LEAST half the time... and we had a washer and dryer in our place. That happened to occur when they were about 4.5. One of them wanted to try pull up free nights as soon as we got the washer and dryer.. the other wanted to wait a couple more months. We still had a wet bed on occasion up to and including when they were 7 (though extremely rare past 6.5ish). In fact, my 8.5 year old just had a wet bed a month or two ago. It WAS the first one in well over 6-8 months, but it happened.

You don't her tiny body is just immature. Her bladder will mature as she gets older and she will be able to make it through the night then. Until then diapers or pull ups. We called them night time undies. She will grow out of it eventually until then just know it is not her fault and there is nothing she can do to prevent it.
