Can it be possible that she's teething? Is she meant to be waking up every four hours?

Considering that each kid is different, and in general, they won't sleep more than 3-4 hours at a stretch until they're a couple months older (with some exceptions, of course)...She could be teething, or she could just not be in a longer sleep cycle yet.
