How long has this been going on? She may have a food intolerance. Most likely causes are milk, wheat, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, & soy.

Both my daughters have issues with milk and soy. It took a long time to figure it out with my first one. She was 4 before I tried a modified diet with her. My 2nd has more severe reactions so I figured it out sooner, and it was actually figuring it out with her that led to discovering what was causing trouble with my oldest.
An elimination diet may be a good place to start.
