My son is an adult an he is functioning like a young kid . I'm afraid if i die my kid will be in the streets not able to care for himself i think he g
has a mental dissability and i can't get help for him so he can take care of himself .He can't hold a job keep friends he isolate himself from others and he just can't move forward in life i need help for him do any one know a Dr. That he can speak with .

What doctor has he seen his whole life? Why are you just now addressing a potential issue? The time to really get him help would have been when he was still a child, but if he really can not function as an adult then he needs to see his regular physician and seek a referral to a mental health specialist.
