my baby doesnt know how to drink milk from bottle

in his first 3 months he takes milk from bottles but after that he stops. he is 12months now .and i want to stop breast feeding . help me.

I would skip the bottles and just do sippy cups. U can start with water in the sippy at meal times letting him learn how to do it and then move to milk once he figures out the sippy.
