My baby is 2 and 1/2 month old exclusively breast fed..she was 3.1 kg at birthweight and was 4.7 kg now..the pediatrician told she has gained 740 gms in. A month wherein she must gain between 800-1000 gms..she has asked me to only breastfeed and express the hind milk....the issue is my mil says baby is not chubby and is forcing me to give her top up..my baby poops once in four days and passes a lot of gas which smells..so mil forcing to give water..what do i do...is it ok for my baby not to be chubby
