My breasts are shrinking! Please help.

My breasts size were 34B before I got pregnant and its was between 34C and 34D when I delivered my baby (in June 2010). Well, the size stayed for a while when I was breastfeeding my son but it got smaller about a year after that.

I only managed to breastfeed for about 8 weeks as there was no more milk.

Anyway, I noticed my breast shrunk suddenly about a month back.

I did lose weight though. I was 47kg after delivery and is now 40kg. My weight dropped to 40kg about a few months back.

Anyone can help? I am quiet depressed now that i think my breasts are now only a mere 32A or so....

There are certain foods that contain essential oils and fatty acids that really can accumulated in the fatty tissue of the breast you just can Google them and you will be amazed however I tried them for short time and they really need continual wishes

Losing weight and breastfeeding can cause the breasts to shrink. I ended up with nothing (didn't even fill a AA cup with the skin I had) after my 2nd son. I didn't have a lot to start with either.

A lot of women, when they lose weight thay also go down the their bra size so the combination would be what has caused yours. Not much you can do other than surgery though.

I'm afraid with breast size there is really nothing you can do!

I'm the opposite, I wish my breasts were smaller, I'm petit and short and my breasts don't match my body!

Girls, we always want what we don't have!
