Actually, girls growth tends to slow to almost a stop once they have reached puberty. That's just a biological fact. Sure, they will still do a little bit of growing, but generally, once they have their period, they have almost reached their adult height. If she is really short and has reached puberty, you probably should go and talk to a doctor.

Kids grow at different rates. She will have a growth spurt soon enough. I myself hit puberty at 11 years but did not show much besides the hair growth in certain areas... sorry if TMI until about 3 years later.

So don't worry. She will grow.
