It sounds like she is fine. Leave her alone. If you are really concerned, healthy food, less snacks, and get outside to play with her. Get her active.

According to what I can find, she's on track. If you are concerned, ask you physician.

Is she tall? That weight could be perfectly normal for a tall and/or muscular child or a little heavy for a shorter child. Do NOT try and reduce her weight unless under a doctor's orders. Just make sure she is eating healthy foods and staying active. If she IS on the heavier side... with a healthy diet and enough exercise she will probably grow into her weight in a couple of years.

These are questions for your doctor. If it is determined that she is heavy for her age/size, then they can recommend dietary adjustments.
The best thing to do is make sure that she's eating healthily, and getting plenty of play/exercise. DO NOT put her on a "diet" without consulting her physician

You really should get your doctors opinion on that. Just always make sure that your daughter is active and eats healthy... its all about what you allow your daughter to have access to...If she is eating healthy and being active then I wouldn't worry about it... she is a growing child. My daughter is 7 and a half and she is currently at around 55-60 lbs (not sure what that is in Kg.) my daughter is physically active...she has been in soccer since she was very young and plays competitively now (she trains 3x a week) and when I shop for groceries, I only buy things that are healthy choices... there are tons of websites online that give you suggestions for healthy eating and snacking. Hope this helps :)
