My daughter's almost 14, very moody and disrespectful

My daughter's terrible attitude is placing a dark cloud over our wonderful memories. Our many walks, the park, play-dates, parties, girlscouts, sleepovers, farm trips and many more many events. My daughter is almost 14 and everything I do or say is wrong. She's always moody and disrespectful to me. I honestly don't know where to turn, and my husband doesn't really understand as she's not as rude to him. I do have 3 sisters, but the relationship is not that good so I can't talk to them. I can't talk to my daughter about anything. I've read parental tips about letting them go to their room and lock the door, talk later when everyone is calmer, and I acknowledge her hormone swings and given her space, but every conversation ends in anger and frustration. She's actually driven me out of my own house a couple of times so I could get away from her and just cry it out and feel bad for myself. She would never consider a family counselor, so what do I do?
