My grandchild is in nursery school. My problem is, she doesn't join school programs and activities. She joins the practices but cries and does'nt like to participate in the program itslef..She's a very activie child, intelegent. But because of her disobedience to school activities, she was not able to get any academic honors.

She's only three, and is probably a bit of a sensitive, introverted child, like my own. MUST she be in nursery school right now? Perhaps she's just not ready for it. The program seems very high-pressure for such small children.

That is simply something they learn with time. It may help to speak to the teachers and learn what rewards they use for behavior in the classroom, and use the same methods at home to help her adjust.

In nursery school? That seems to be putting expectations quite high at a young age. Why are extracurricular activities given any credit on academic scores? It's not allowed.

academic honors in nursery school? Am I understanding this correctly? How old are we talking here? This seems very odd.
Some kids just learn group play differently. 3, 4 and 5 year olds are still learning to play together, not just next to one another. Give her time. Group activities and social skills do not determine the kind of academic intelligence a child does or will have. Little kids learn different skills at different rates- perhaps she's excelling elsewhere and will pick up this skill next year.
