My husband and I are among the few that after 10 years of marriage we still have sex at least 3 times a week. i know that i should feel blessed by some standpoints but I feel guilty. i live in a small house and the um...noises have been heard, how do I explain this to my kids in an informal, relaxed setting? Be quieter lol. After 15 years together and 4 kids we have learnt to be nice and quiet, put some rolled up socks behind the head board as well lol

Maybe just tone down your noises. Fix that problem. There is no need for you not to enjoy sex, it just might need to wait until the children are in bed, close your door....turn the tv on to eliminate extra noise, and just tone it down. You can still enjoy sex without screaming like a banshee....but it does make it more fun ;)
