i am worried about my baby girls futur as bcoz my mother in law is irresponsible toward him. plz help me

I'm thinking it is not your MIL's responsibility to look after your baby. if you are not happy with the way she is supervising her, put a stop to it.

You really need to give an example of what you mean. Also, if you are that concerned, talk with your MIL or stop having her watch your son.
