I would call the doctor,blood in stool should be checked as soon as possible.

Hi, have you added some drops of fruit juice in water? I have the same issue and what I am doing is: I used to give him 3 glass of water per day, one with every meal. I used to give him water thru spoon in front of his favorite rhymes. Plus my son loves green tea( decaffeinated ) and herbal tea in stead of plain water. you can also try giving him warm herbal tea, it will increase his appetite as wel.
