Help! I going nuts with my six year old. She has developed this sassy attitude whenever I would ask her to do something, she gets her hands on her waist and look at me and says: o-k-a-y ! Really you almost feel slapping her across the face, but honestly I don't think that would fix the problem. Some other times when she answers back, she gets me out of guard! Any tips? Her favorite words are "I hate...," "Actually," "That's ugly" She has such an attitude that I don't know how to calm her down without screaming, and acting like a lunatic. I really need some advice of Moms out there, any kind of advice would be greatly appreciated!

my daughter (8yo) sometimes acts that way, and as long as she is respectful she can act like a teen all she wants. but she KNOWS she better be respectful, or she will be grounded. I will take away computer time/tv time/ or i will send her to her room for the remainder of the day.
