My son loves his children so much but his ex is going to take them toOxford to live as her new husband has a new job .my son is devastated he pays for them and has a mortgage .

He can go to court and prevent her from moving. That's his right as a Father. She can't just up and move because she wants to. She has to make sure the children still have a relationship with their Father.
Tell him to get a lawyer and fight for his rights to see his children. Just because she is the Mother doesn't mean she gets to take the children wherever she wants.

What do his court orders say about her moving w/ the children? Most court orders give a limit to how far the other parent can move w/out taking it back to court.

Where I live, the other parent can't even leave the state without permission, not even just to go on vacation. I have to sign saying it's okay or if you have something court ordered. You should really get in and talk to a lawyer/attorney. Do research about the laws in your state on a mother/father taking children out of state. If she leaves and he knows her address, he can file something about her taking them out of the state without his permission.

Does your son have custody and visitation orders? She can't just move the children away without his permission or without court approval.
