Depends on how heavy they are and how long they take to stop. If it is not gushing out and you can control the bleeding with 15 minutes, and I mean it is totally stopped in 15 min., then it is probably not worrisome. You want to mention it at his next physical. Keep his bedroom air from being too dry by using a cool mist humidifier. Encourage him not to pick is nose.
