he is hiper active.he can understand what ever we say.but when we ask him to talk he will say only papa pa.help me how to make him to talk.

Have you started teaching him sign language so he can communicate with you? At this point other than doing that to make it easier on both of you, you're going to have to speak to your doctor to see what can be done. He's also at the age he can start school have you reached out to the school to see what resources are available?
