Ok, I'm not sure what 'sketching a picture of a kid with a big head' will do for the situation.

Tell your son not to allow other children to hit him, and if they persist, he needs to involve an adult.

Hi, How old is your son?, if He can understand, let him know that if anyone hits His head it will pain him, and if it doesn't work let him know that his head will become big and sketch, a person with a big head and small body let it be proportional.
