My father pass a few weeks ago.. and as his direct family (kids and wife) really didn't have a say in the arangement due to his sibling taking over .. so we his direct family said ok we'll let that be. Now some of his sisters are trying to get his death certificate. (We ask ourselves his kids and wife why, something is up?) Now my before my father pass he purchase a home and we his kids and wife decided to give the home to my brother. Now his sibling are trying to steal the house by paying off the taxes under my brother and our nose. I am and my direct family is trying to stay claim, but I dont think we can take anymore!!! What should we do? Help?
