Joovy Zoom 360, it's a swivel front wheel jogging stroller that is flexible to use for jog and city walk as well. It comes with plenty storage (parent tray etc), large canopy, wide canopy window etc. In case you want to find out further features, more objective reviews, and special price, here's the link:
Fyi, your LO should at least have a stable neck control before s/he can be placed on a jogging stroller for a ride.

I bought a Valco stroller and love it!!! You can find them occasionally on ebay for about 250 which is a steal since they run around 5 to 6 hundred.

I got a Schwinn and I love it. It was around $200-$300. What I like the best is that the front wheel swivels, but can lock in place also. I lock it for running. I let it swivel so it is easier to turn when I take it shopping or just walking with it.

Just a huge tip, when looking for a 3 wheel stroller make sure the back wheels are not as wide as a bus, lol. I bought one, great to look at but terrible for shopping, can only fit through disable checkouts and dont even bother trying to fit in a lingere shop, so maybe think about buying another cheap little get around stroller for the shops. Hope this helps

any 3wheeler will do the job, they move easily and have air in the tyer's so off road is easy. good luck trying to fine one in that price range. i paid $500 for mine and got a extra toddler seat, sleeping bag, puncher kit, rain cover ect. this was at toys r us. i am now trying to sell it as my 2 little ones are in strollers now. im asking $200 for it. try looking for a second hand one

a BOB is the best you'll find- and you can resell it for almost what you paid!

i have a three wheeler pram/stroller. It goes into recliner position and into full upright position. i paid $100 from Kmart for mine. Best buy ever. Check out Kmart. If you can't find one...I may be selling mine soon. I have jogged with mine, easy to push on grass etc. Awesome!!
